Ingredients
- 200 grams button mushrooms
- 2/3 cup fresh peas
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green chili
- ¼ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1½ tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- salt as required

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan
- Sauté the onions until translucent
- Add the ginger garlic paste and sauté
- Add the tomatoes and green chillies and stir well.
- Then, add the spice powders apart from the garam masala powder and sauté for a minute.
- Add the mushrooms and peas
- Sauté for three minutes
- Add water and salt
- Cover the pan and cook until the peas are softened
- Sprinkle garam masala powder over the curry
- Stir and serve!
