McDonald’s Is Now Dishing Out Some Mozzarella Sticks Nationwide
Remember when McDonald’s was testing mozzarella sticks at select stores and then testing them served with marinara sauce? Everyone who enjoyed that little treat is in for a bigger one – because those mozzarella sticks are now here to stay.
According to Business Insider, the US President of McDonald’s, Mike Andres, at an investors’ meeting in New York City, made the announcement about the new addition to the fast food joint’s menu. At the customer’s requests of demanding more options to snack on at the fast food outlets, McDonald’s began testing the fried mozzarella sticks, much to everyone’s surprise. “Our customers told us they are looking for the ability to customize their meals a little more,” a franchisee had reportedly told Fox6 earlier in July. “People are snacking more often these days and looking for more options to create a right-sized meal for them. Mini meals allow them to do just that at an amazing value.”
You won’t believe the pricing on this thing though. Guess how much? $1 for a pack of three mozzarella sticks! What do you think?
