- 600 g Mexican chocolate ice cream or regular chocolate ice cream with a pinch each of ground cinnamon and ground chilies
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
- Heavy cream (whipped optional)
- Ancho chili powder for garnish

Instructions
- Combine the ice cream, milk and chocolate syrup in a blender and mix until smooth, about 10 to 15 seconds.
- Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of chili powder.
