• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
• 2 - Large Eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

Method

1. Into a bowl, put the butter and chocolate and microwave till melted and nicely mixed
2. In another bowl, add the sugar and eggs and then mix together
3. Take a large bowl and sift the flour and baking powder
4. Then add the egg and chocolate mixtures and stir well to combine
5. Butter a microwave safe glass dish
6. Pour the batter into the dish, smooth out the top and scatter chocolate chunks on top
7. Put it in the microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes
8. Take it out and let it rest for a few minutes before you cut and serve

Recipe Notes

You can use either crushed pieces of chocolate or chocolate chips, in any flavour. The topping is up to you!
