Mrs Weasley’s Corned Beef Sandwiches Recipe
The release of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is just around the corner and fans are buzzing with excitement. In it, JK Rowling has admitted, Harry, Ron and Hermione are all grown up – Harry is working in the Ministry of Magic, but is still haunted by his past. And, unusual events seem to be happening to his son, Albus Sevrus Potter.
While we can’t wait for the play to come out, we can’t help but wonder – will it be weird to see all our favourite characters as parents? Hermione was kind of a grown up back in Hogwarts, but what will it be like to see Ron mature? We can only speculate.
Mrs Weasley’s Corned Beef Sandwiches
As we wonder what grown up Ron will be like, we remember his mother, Mrs Weasley and her cooking skills. The first dish she cooked that we were introduced to were her corned beef sandwiches which Ron complains about on the Hogwarts Express. However, they can’t be all that bad if they were made by her, can they?
Give these a try and see; serve them for lunch or dinner with some pumpkin juice.
