Potato Bacon Ranch Salad Recipe

- 3 lbs small red potatoes
- 1/2 Salt
- cup ½mayo
- cup ½sour cream
- 1 packet ranch salad dressing mix 1-ounce
- 4 green onions sliced thin
- 4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks.
- Place the potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover them.
- Add salt and place over medium high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Cook until the potatoes are tender but not mushy.
- Drain them well.
- Combine the mayo, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix.
- Combine everything except the onions.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve and then garnish with green onions.
