30 minute Shepherd’s Pie Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs lean beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 can creamed style corn
- 1 bag frozen corn cooked
- 10 potatoes (boiled with salt )
- 1 cup light cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- Salt pepper & paprika

Instructions
- Mash potatoes. Stir in 1 cup light cream and stick of butter.
- Sauté onions in a skillet, with heated olive oil until brown and then add meat.
- Cook meat fully and season with salt pepper and paprika to taste.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a 9×11 baking dish, spread a layer of meat, then creamed style corn and potato. Repeat this layering process topping with the cooked frozen corn.
- Make sure you end with the potato layer. Sprinkle a pinch of paprika for more flavour.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, allow to settle down and serve hot.
