Instructions
- Mix chicken pieces with carom seeds, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli flakes and salt in a bowl and set aside to marinate for thirty minutes.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add chicken pieces and sear on high heat for eight to ten minutes. Add cream and coriander leaves and mix well. Cook for five to six minutes.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
