- 2 उबले व टुकड़ों में कटे आलू
- 1 बारीक कटा प्याज़
- 1 बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च
- 1 मुट्ठी भर बारीक कटा धनिया
- 4 बड़े चम्मच सौंठ
- 2 बड़े चम्मच तीखी पुदीने की चट्नी
- 1 नींबू का रस
- 2 बड़े चम्मच बारीक कटा हरा प्याज़
- 1 चुटकी चाट मसाला
- नमक स्वादानुसार

- सबसे पहले आलू को गरम तेल में करारा होने तक तल लें और अधिक तेल सोखने के लिए किचन टॉवेल पर निकल लें.
- तले हुए आलू को परोसने के बर्तन में डालें.
- अब इसमें प्याज़, हरी मिर्च, धनिया, सौंठ और पुदीने की चट्नी डालें.
- अब नींबू का रस निचोड़ कर प्याज़, चाट मसाला और स्वादानुसार नमक डाल कर अच्छे से मिलायें.
- चाट को गरमा गरम परोसें.
