Ingredients
- 2 cups potatoes chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Carrots chopped
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 green chili chopped
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- a pinch of Asafetida
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Water
- Oil as required
- leaves Fresh coriander (chopped for garnish)

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and crackle the mustard and cumin seeds.
- Add chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomato, green chili, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix well and cook till tomatoes often.
- Add potatoes, peas and carrots. Mix well to coat all the vegetables evenly.
- Add half a cup of water and pressure cook for two whistles on a medium flame.
- Turn the stove off and let the pressure settle down before opening.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
