Apple Bourbon Bellini
Prosecco and pretty much anything is sure to make for a classy drink. Try this twist on the old classic for all your apple loving friends.

Ingredients
- 3 apples cored and cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 6 ounces apple bourbon
- 1 bottle prosecco

Instructions
- Put the apples into a blender or a food processor with the water, sugar and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and transfer to a small bowl.
- Place a heaping tablespoon of the apple puree into the bottom of each champagne flute.
- Add 1 ounce of apple bourbon per glass, then top with the prosecco.
