- 1 Zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp Garlic olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place zucchini in a bowl and drizzle the olive oil over zucchini and lightly toss to coat; season with salt.
- Spread zucchini onto a baking sheet and top with grated parmesan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
- Store in an air-tight jar.
