So, you are putting together a dinner party and you’ve made all the preparations needed to make it a kick-ass one. The invitations are sent, the music has been added to the playlist, and the alcohol is cooling away, but, Houston, we have a slight problem. You’ve just got a message from your friend that her brother’s friend’s cousin who will be attending the party is allergic to fish and egg and is lactose intolerant on top of that. The problem? Your soup is a freshly made egg-drop soup, your main course is baked salmon and your dessert is a home-made cashewnut ice cream. Yeah, that’s a big problem.
