A Goofy Movie Pepperoni Pizza Recipe

- 12 ounce tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 0.25 ounce yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 6 ounce pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella

- In a mixing bowl combine tomato paste, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar, salt and pepper along with 1/2 cup of water to make the pizza sauce.
- Mix 2 cups of the flour with the dry yeast, sugar and salt.
- Add water and oil till well combined.
- Keep adding the flour little by little till a soft and sticky dough ball is formed.
- Sprinkle flour on the work surface and knead the dough for about five minutes.
- Once the dough is elastic and smooth, cover it and let it rest and rise for 10 minutes.
- Break the risen dough into two and patting with hands stretch one of the pieces out evenly to make the base.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Spread the sauce and sprinkle the cheese on the pizza base.
- Place the pepperoni and bake for 20 minutes till the crust is crispy and the cheese is melting.
- Repeat with the second dough piece to make the second pizza.
