BBQ Chicken Nuggets Recipe
A good BBQ sauce glaze never harmed a soul, especially when it is a batch of crispy crunchy homemade chicken nuggets that are being glazed! Nothing starts a game night or house party better than bite-sized batter fried chicken, does it? Which is why we thought we’ll give the good ol’ classic a nice saucy twist to wow your guests further! Here’s a delicious BBQ chicken nuggets recipe for all the times you didn’t want to serve the dips separately!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 5 cups rushed cornflakes cereal
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 3/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper and set aside.
- Add cornflakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk eggs and milk together in a small bowl.
- Dip chicken in flour then egg, then the crushed cornflakes. Repeat with all of the chicken bites.
- Place the breaded chicken bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes on each side flipping halfway through.
- Heat the barbecue sauce and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Toss to coat the chicken bites in the sauce and serve immediately.
