- 1 cup bhavanagari chillies cut into roundels
- 3/4 tsp Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida hing
- pinch aturmeric powder haldi
- 1/4 tsp Black salt sanchal
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp coriander seeds powder dhania

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida,bhavanagari chillies,turmeric powder,black salt and salt and mix well.
- Cook on a slow flame for 1-2 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Add coriander seeds powder and mix well and cook on a slow flame for another minute.
- Serve hot.
