Bread Manchurian Recipe

    Ingredients
    
                - 6-7 slices bread
 - 1 smal nion finely chopped
 - 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
 - 10-12 cloves garlic finely chopped
 - 1/2 piece Ginger finely chopped
 - 3 tbsp Spring onions finely chopped (optional)
 - 1 small carrot grated
 - 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
 - 1 grated sweet corn cob
 - 2 tbsp Chopped coriander
 - Salt to taste
 
        For the butter:    
                - 2 cups plain flour
 - 1/2 cup Rice flour
 - 3 tsp soy sauce
 - 3-4 tsp Vinegar
 - a pinch of pepper powder
 - Oil to fry the manchurians
 
        For The Coating:    
                - Tomato ketchup as need
 - 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

    Instructions
    
                - In a bowl,with a little water make the bread slices into a paste.
 - Add all the ingredients to this and mix well.
 - In a kadai,add oil.
 - While the oil heats prepare the batter. Make small round balls of the bread mix.
 - Dip in the batter and fry on a low flame till golden brown.
 - In a kadai add the fried bread manchurians,then add the sauce and coat evenly by tossing the manchurians. Do sprinkle a little pepper powder if you want that spicy mouthwatering taste.
 - The hot little bread manchurians are ready to be served. Serve hot with a cup of tea or coffee or simply with a drink of your choice.
