- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup boiled green peas

Instructions
- Combine the broccoli, bean sprouts, green peas and spring onions together in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.
- Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
- Serve immediately garnished with sesame seeds.
