Capsicum Rings Recipe
        A perfect tea-time snack, these Capsicum Rings are made by deep-frying capsicum rings coated with a plain flour batter that is aptly perked up with black pepper.
A sprinkling of chaat masala gives these Jain -friendly crispies a truly snazzy flavour that tickles your taste buds.

    Ingredients
    
                - 2 cups capsicum rings
        To Be Mixed Into A Smooth Thick Batter    
                - 1/2 cup plain flour maida
- 5 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper kalimirch
- salt to taste
- 3/4 cup Water
- other ingredients
- Oil for deep frying
- chaat masala for sprinkling

    Instructions
    
                - Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, dip a few capsicum rings in the batter and drop them in hot oil and deep-fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.
- Drain on an absorbent paper.
