- 2 1/2 cups Chinese Rice
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic lehsun
- 2 tbsp chopped celery
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper kalimirch
- 1 tbsp Oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the celery and bean sprouts and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the rice, salt and pepper, mix lightly and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
