Celery Chowder Soup Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 4 cups basic white stock
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped potatoes
- 1 cup white sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste kalimirch

Instructions
- Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions, potatoes and celery and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add the white stock, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring once in between.
- Add the white sauce, parsley, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
