What’s better than a batch of meaty seasoned chicken wings? A batch of seasoned juicy and CHEESY chicken wings deep-fried wrapped in a blanket of Parmesan cheese and Italian style breadcrumbs! Behold, the cheesy chicken wings! At first look these may come forth simply as a cheesy version of the classic Italian chicken wings but there are some notable differences. First off, these are fried not baked and most importantly making cheesy chicken wings does not involve leaving the wings to marinate overnight and is a fairly faster and easier wings variant to make with just 4 ingredients involved. - 16 chicken wings
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
- In another bowl, crack and beat the egg.
- Dip chicken wings first in the beaten egg, then in crumb-cheese mixture.
- Deep fry the wings in hot oil and remove on an absorbent kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
- Alternatively, the chicken wings can also be baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes till golden brown.
