Instructions
  1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  3. In another bowl, crack and beat the egg.
  4. Dip chicken wings first in the beaten egg, then in crumb-cheese mixture.
  5. Deep fry the wings in hot oil and remove on an absorbent kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Alternatively, the chicken wings can also be baked at 350 degrees for 30 minutes till golden brown.
