Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni cooked
- 1/2 cup Chicken cooked, diced
- 1 small capsicum chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 3-4 tsp mustard powder
- 1 Lettuce optional
- 2 tblsp Spring onions
- Salt as per taste
- black pepper powder as per taste

Instructions
- Boil the egg and use only the egg white.
- Combine all the ingredients except lettuce in a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Add extra mayonnaise if required.
- Keep this in the fridge for an hour.
- Serve as an appetizer to a meal or as an afternoon/evening snack or pack it up for a picnic.
