Chicken with Chorizo and Potatoes Recipe

- 4 Chicken thigh bone with skin
- 8-10 Chorizo sausages
- 500 grams Baby potatoes halved
- Salt to taste
- 2 medium Onions roughly chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 Zest of orange
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven at 220°C. Rub the skin of the chicken in the oil, season with salt and place them in a baking dish, skin-side up.
- Put the potatoes in it and sprinkle some salt on them. Add the onions, oregano and orange zest over the ingredients.
- Reduce the temperature of the oven to 180ºC.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and cook for thirty minutes, basting with olive oil, occasionally.
- Just before removing the dish from the oven, add the sausages in the dish and let it sizzle for a minute.
- Serve hot.
