- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh red chillies
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander dhania
- 4 cups cooked rice chawal
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic lehsun
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the garlic and red chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
- Add the soya sauce, rice, coriander and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
