Chocolate Covered Strawberry Popsicle Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions
For the popsicles
- Place the strawberries, sugar and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Pour the pureed mixture into popsicle molds.
- Freeze molds for two hours.
For the chocolate
- Put the chocolate chips and oil into a saucepan and set it over medium heat.
- Keep stirring mixture until smooth.
- Once smooth, remove from heat and pour over frozen popsicles.
- Put popsicles back into the freezer for 10 - 15 minutes, and then serve.
Recipe Notes
When pouring the chocolate over the popsicles work fast as the chocolate will harden quickly.
