Chicken Curry With Coconut Milk Recipe
The chicken curry is cooked with coconut milk and mild spices. The addition of coconut works wonders for the chicken curry and lends an amazing flavour to the curry.

Ingredients
- 1 kg of Chicken
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 coconut milk
- 200 onion
- 2 tbsp of garlic paste
- 2 tbsp of Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp of garam masala
- 100 gm of butter/refined oil
- 1 tbsp of red chilli powder

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with garlic and ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, salt and chilli powder and mix well. Keep the marinated chicken for two hours.
- Heat the pan. Saute the onion well.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and fry on a low flame adding coconut milk slowly till the chicken is cooked properly.
- Then mix the cream slowly. Serve it hot.
