Copycat KFC Fiery Grilled Chicken Recipe
Aside from their world famous Kentucky Fried Chicken, KFC is also known for its fiery grilled chicken, made by marinating, seasoning and then grilling chicken to perfection. Naturally, KFC guards its recipe for the fiery grilled chicken jealousy, but we think we've found a recipe that will yield similar results. Enjoy!

Ingredients
To brush
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp soya sauce
For the seasoning
- 2 tsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3/4 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1/3 tsp beef bouillon powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
For the marinade
- Dissolve the salt and the MSG in the water and then immerse the chicken in it.
- Chill in a fridge for two hours.
To brush
- Drain the chicken and pat dry.
- Mix the oil and soy sauce together and brush onto the chicken pieces.
For the seasoning:
- Combine all the ingredients for the seasoning together
- Flip each piece of chicken in the seasoning powder.
To cook
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the chicken in a pan for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for the same time.
- Grease a grill pan and place the chicken in it. Bake for 20 minutes and then flip. Bake for another 20 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and serve immediately.
