- cup ¾Dhaniya seeds
- 2 Red Chilis
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Jeera
- 2-3 garlic flakes
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Dry roast the dhaniya seeds till a nice aroma rises and it starts browning.
- Roast the red chilis, pepper and jeera separately and cool down everything.
- Grind all the roasted items along with salt and add the garlic and run the mixer again once or twice.
- Store in an air tight container.
- Serve with rice.
