Generally, pancakes are round and fluffy and can be eaten with a full breakfast platter or a healthy serving of whipped cream and chocolate sauce or even the usual maple syrup. Whatever you’re in the mood for, pancakes will definitely solve the problem you are facing.
You’ve got the option of going the easy way and using a pancake mix that can be bought in stores, or you can do it this way, which is a little longer, but still quite easy!

- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon yogurt

Method
- Whisk the eggs, milk and vanilla essence together till properly blended
- In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together with powdered sugar
- Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the yogurt
- Then pour in the milk mixture and stir it all together till it becomes thick
- In a pan, add butter or oil and scoop some of the mixture into the center and cook it on both sides
- And then you're ready to serve
