Eggless Vanilla Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- tsp ½baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- cup ¼melted butter
- cup ½+ 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- cup ½Water
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Pre heat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius for at least ten minutes.
- Using a little butter, grease a cake pan.
- Combine the flour, corn flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
- Mix using a wire whisk.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the condensed milk into the melted butter.
- Then, whisk in the water, vanilla extract and vinegar.
- Pour in this mixture to the flour, corn flour and baking soda mixture.
- Mix well and then pour the batter into the cake pan.
- Bake the cake in the oven for twenty minutes.
- Remove the pan and allow it to cool for five minutes.
- Loosen the sides of the cake in the pan with a knife.
- Turn the pan upside down and release the cake.
