Frozen Hazelnut Cake Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup hazelnuts
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- rasperries for decoration

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a cake mould.
- Keep aside about eight nuts for garnish and blitz the rest in a food processor.
- Melt the butter in a pan over low flame and then keep it aside to cool.
- Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla extract in a bowl till you get a lemon colour.
- Now add flour, baking powder, salt and ground nuts and mix.
- Keep beating the mixture while pouring the melted butter with the other hand.
- Pour the batter in the cake mould and bake it in the oven for about 40 minutes till done.
- Cool the cake in the pan and then remove it onto the serving plate.
- Bring the whipping cream to a boil in a pan then remove from the flame and mix in the chocolate chips and mix till smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and pour over the cake.
- Garnish with hazelnuts and raspberries.
