Hello fellow muggles. While we eagerly wait for our letter from Hogwarts, how about we celebrate the food in the Harry Potter books? After all his birthday is just around the corner. So here’s a recipe of a delicious Yorkshire Pudding that goes very well with Beef Roast. Enjoy!

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Beat eggs and milk together in a medium-sized bowl.
Stir in flour and keep it aside.
Add about 1/2 tsp butter to each of the 12 muffin tins.
Put these tins in the oven for 2-5 minutes to melt the butter.
After remove the cups from the oven, pour the batter evenly into each of the tins.
Put the tins in preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 175°C and bake for another 25 minutes or till puffed and golden.
