The Harvard: Cognac and Sweet Vermouth
If you’re looking for a brandy cocktail with a citrus kick, then look no further than the Harvard. According to the recipe by Christopher Buecheler, “The lemon here plays as a nice accent, bringing out the flavors of the other ingredients. The result is vibrant with real depth, and well worth a try!”
