Kanda Poha Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cups ½poha
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- tsp ¼Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 2 tbsp Peanuts
- 12 Curry Leaves
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ½oil
- tsp ½salt
- Lemon juice
- coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions
- Wash the poha in water, until it becomes soft.
- Mix the sugar, salt and turmeric into the poha.
- Roast the peanuts in a pan.
- Then, heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds.
- Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Add the green chilies and curry leaves and sauté them for half a minute.
- Add the roasted peanuts and sauté.
- Finally, mix in the poha and allow it to steam for three minutes on a low flame, stiring once.
- Take the poha of the stove and allow it to cool slightly.
- Take the lid of the poha and sprinkle a little lemon juice and the coriander leaves over it.
