Instructions
  1. Wash the poha in water, until it becomes soft.
  2. Mix the sugar, salt and turmeric into the poha.
  3. Roast the peanuts in a pan.
  4. Then, heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds.
  5. Add the onions and sauté until they become translucent.
  6. Add the green chilies and curry leaves and sauté them for half a minute.
  7. Add the roasted peanuts and sauté.
  8. Finally, mix in the poha and allow it to steam for three minutes on a low flame, stiring once.
  9. Take the poha of the stove and allow it to cool slightly.
  10. Take the lid of the poha and sprinkle a little lemon juice and the coriander leaves over it.
  11. Enjoy!
