- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup light-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup yoghurt
- 2 tbsp unsalted melted butter
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
For The Glaze
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Instructions
- In a small pan, melt some butter along with the maple syrup.
- Keep stirring occasionally and as soon as the butter melts, remove the pan from heat.
- Mix in the confectioners’ sugar till well combined and leave it aside.
- To make the donuts put the oven on preheat at 350F and grease the donut moulds.
- In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt mixing them all till combined.
- In a separate ball use a whisk to mix egg, brown sugar, milk, and yogurt till you get a smooth consistency.
- Whisk in the butter and vanilla and then add this mixture to the flour mixture and whisk till just combined.
- Pipe in the batter into the moulds and bake the donuts for about 10 minutes.
- Cool them down and then dip them in the glaze.
- Enjoy the donuts once the glaze is set.
