Ingredients
- 1/2 of Green capsicum or red capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1 Big onion
- 1/2 tbsp of Urad Dal
- 1/2 tbsp of Chana dal
- 2 of Red chillies
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp of Cooking oil
- pinch aof Hing
- Salt & water as required
- 2 sprigs of Coriander leaves
- To temper
- 1 tsp of Cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp of Urad Dal
To Roast & Grind:
- 1/2 Green capsicum or red capsicum
- 1 tomato
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 tbsp urad dal
- 1/2 tbsp chana dal
- 2 Red chillies
- 2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- Pinch of Hing
- Salt & water as required
- 2 sprigs coriander leaves
To temper
- 1 tsp cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp urad dal

Instructions
- Clean and dice the onion, tomato, capsicum.
- Now wash the coriander leaves.
- Take a kadai and place it over the stove. Add some oil.
- Once the oil is heated, roast the dals, chillies and the hing.
- When it turns golden, now add the tomato, onion and capsicum.
- Now add salt to taste.
- Stir and saute until the tomato turns mushy.
- Now, add the coriander leaves.
- Once the mixture cools down. Put in a blender or mixture and grind till smooth paste.
- In a seperate pan, add oil.
- Once the oil is heated, add the tempering ingredients and add it to the mixture. Mix very well and serve.
