Lemon Chicken Asparagus Packs
Have a no fuss, delicious meal, hot and ready in less than 30 minutes with this recipe. These foil packs will take you back to the camping trips with your family.
The best part about it is that you can directly eat out of the foil which is so much fun. It also saves you from all the scrubbing and washing after. Here’s what you’ll need.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to even thickness
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 large bundle of asparagus spears
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoons ½Italian Seasoning
- 1 lemons cut into wedges or sliced
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut out 12x12 inch foils and lay on a flat surface. Now place the chicken breasts in the middle of each foil.
- Trim the asparagus and divide them between each foil.
- Tuck slices of lemon in each of the foil packs on the chicken and asparagus.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, juice of a lemon, garlic and Italian seasoning and brush over the chicken and asparagus. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pinch the ends of the foil together forming a tight parcel. Follow the same for the other packs too.
- Grill over medium heat for a good 7-8 minutes or until he chicken is cooked through and serve hot!
