Ingredients
- Mutton mince 1 cup
- cups Iceberg lettuce8
- Oil 1 teaspoon
- Onion finely chopped1 medium
- Carrot grated1/4 cup
- Garlic finely chopped2 teaspoons
- salt to taste
- Sweet red chilli sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Fresh thyme sprigs 4-5
- Tomatoes finely chopped2 medium
- Tomato puree 4 tablespoons
- Crushed black peppercorns to taste
- Parmesan cheese powder for sprinkling

Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion, carrot and garlic and saute well.
- Add mutton mince, mix and saute for 2 minutes. Add salt, red chilli sauce and thyme sprigs, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add tomatoes and tomato puree and mix well. Add crushed peppercorns, mix well, cover and cook on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Fill lettuce cups with the cooked mutton mince mixture, place on a serving platter, sprinkle Parmesan cheese powder on top and serve immediately.
