Maggi With Cheese And Mayo Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 packet maggi masala
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 pinch dried fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 packet maggi masala ae magic
- 1 grated cheese cube
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onion along with green chillies and let the onions saute.
- Once they turn translucent, add salt along with diced tomatoes and give it all a stir.
- Add the red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin powder and garam masala.
- Mix and once the masalas start to cook, add dried fenugreek leaves by crushing them in and mix it once again.
- Let the tomatoes cook and once they become soft, add the tastemaker and half of the maggi masala-ae-magic and mix it well.
- Add the water required to cook the maggi and let it come to a boil.
- Now put the maggi cake along with half the amount of cheese in the water.
- Cook the noodles and once done, put it in a serving bowl.
- Garnish with the remaining cheese and mayo and serve hot.
