Maggi With Red Pasta Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 packet maggi noodles
- 1 tsp Oil
- 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup diced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red pasta sauce
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp sliced olives
- 3-4 leaves fresh basil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Cook maggi as instructed on the packet but without the tastemaker.
- In another pan, heat oil and saute the garlic.
- Next saute the mushrooms and after cooking for about two minutes on a medium flame add the sauce, oregano and the cooked noodles.
- Mix well and simmer it for two more minutes and then put it in the serving bowl.
- Garnish with the sliced olives, basil leave and grated parmesan and serve hot.
