Masala Corn Recipe
Corns are healthy and delicious in every which form. It could be on a cob, sautéed with fresh greens, steamed, roasted or spiced up to delight the Indian palate.
Masala corn is a healthy snack, which is super easy to make and unbelievably quick. The recipe requires fresh or frozen corns and your choice of spices. You can tone down the piquancy according to your preference or simply eat it with a dash of lime. Like we said, healthy and delicious in every which form.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Sweet Corn
- 1 tsp butter
- pinch Aof pepper powder
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- tsp ½chat masala powder
- tsp ½red chili powder
- salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the corns till they turn soft, about 10 minutes. Drain the water. You can microwave it too (without about two tablespoons of water).
- In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients along with corn and mix well.
- While serving sprinkle little red chili powder and chat masala powder.
- Serve hot.
