Melba Toast Recipe
Happy Melba Toast Day! Enjoy this crunchy treat over a cup of tea or coffee. We love them with a little cream cheese or even jam on top!

Instructions
- Lightly toast the bread slices and take off the crusts.
- Slice the bread horizontally from the middle and rub the untoasted sides of the work surface to make the each piece a bit thinner.
- Now, cut the pieces diagonally and place them on a baking sheet, untoasted side facing up.
- Grill the toast in the griller on medium till the toasts are golden and they curl up.
- Melba toast can be eaten fresh and can also be kept for later consumption within two days when kept in an airtight jar.
