Mexican Enchilada Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- tsp ½garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 3 cups Water
- 230 g Tomato sauce

Instructions
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.
- Slowly, while stirring constantly add enough of the water to make a thin paste.
- Pour into pan and add rest of water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
- Stir in tomato sauce.
- Ready to put in enchilada.
