- 36 king prawns uncooked
- 3 medium zucchini chopped
- 35 g taco seasoning mix
- cup ¼lemon juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chives chopped

Instructions
- Soak 18 bamboo skewers in water for 1 hour.
- In the meanwhile, shell and devein prawns, leaving the tails intact.
- Line the prawns and zucchini onto skewers.
- Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Place the kebabs in a single layer on a medium dish and top with the juice-oil mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for several hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove kebabs from juice mixture, reserving the mixture.
- Grill or barbecue the kebabs until prawns are cooked through, brushing occasionally with reserved juice mixture.
- Serve.
