Ingredients
- 2 tsp thoor dal
- 2 tsp urid dal
- 2 tsp begal gram
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 1 piece smallginger
- Large tamarind ball
- 5 Red chilies
- 3 tbsp gingely oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- Curry Leaves

Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of the oil and roast the dals, chilies, pepper and hing until they turn brown.
- Cut the tamarind into pieces, switch off the stove and put the tamarind into the pan.
- Then, remove the tamarind and red chillies from the mix, add salt, ginger and water grind into a paste.
- Then add the other ingredients and grind further.
- Heat the remaining oil on a low flame and crackle the mustard seeds.
- Then fry the curry leaves.
- Stir in the ground paste for five minutes.
- Remove from the heat and serve!
