Ingredients
- 3/4 cup / 90 grams All purpose flour / Maida
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup / 100 grams sugar
- Salt a pinch
- 110 grams / 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoon Buttermilk or Milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside,
- Now take flour, baking powder and salt in a sieve and sift it together. Set aside.
- Take butter, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and use a beater to whip it till fluffy.
- Now add in eggs and mix well.
- Now add in half of the flour and fold gently. Add buttermilk or milk and mix well.
- Add remaining flour and fold gently.,
- Spoon this into the pan and bake for 30 to 35 mins.
- Now remove it and cool it down. Now remove it from pan and cool completely.
- Now slice and serve.
