- 1 cup besan flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 10 Almonds sliced
- 10 Cashew nuts sliced
- 5 pumpkin seeds sliced
- 1 pinch orange color
- ghee for frying

Instructions
- Sieve the besan flour into a bowl and mix the milk until you get a thick batter.
- Heat the ghee and drop boondis into the ghee.
- Allow the boondis to fry until golden brown.
- Make a three string sugar syrup and add a pinch of orange color.
- Coat the boondis with this syrup and stir in the nuts.
- Once the mixture cools, shape it into ladoos.
- Store in an airtight container.
