Mr. Howell Cocktail

- 1 1/2 ounces rum
- 3/4 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- 1/2 ounce peaty Islay Scotch

- Add rum, lime juice, maple syrup, and Scotch to a cocktail shaker and fill 2/3 full with ice. Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.
- Double-strain into a coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel, and serve immediately.
