Mrs Weasley’s Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- Blend together the sugar, cocoa and milk.
- Set over a stove and bring to a boil and then reduce the heat.
- Simmer until the temperature reaches 238F.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and vanilla extract.
- Beat for 5 minutes.
- Pour into the pan and allow it to cool.
- Cut into squares.
